Class Description
Soft Vinyasa – A gentle, flowing practice that moves with ease and awareness. Expect slow transitions, mindful breath, and soft movements that soothe the nervous system and gently awaken the body. Perfect if you seek calm, grounding, and a nurturing rhythm.
Dynamic Vinyasa – A strong, energizing practice that builds heat, strength, and focus. Expect creative sequences, a steady pace, and a rhythmic connection to breath. Great for those who enjoy a challenge, love to move, and want to feel empowered in body and mind.
Vinyasa to Yin – The best of both worlds: start with a fluid, breath-led vinyasa flow to energize and open the body, then ease into deep yin poses to melt tension and invite stillness. This class balances movement and rest—leaving you refreshed, relaxed, and re-centered.
Yin Yoga – A deeply calming and meditative practice where poses are held for several minutes to target the deeper layers of fascia and connective tissue. With long, supported holds and an invitation to turn inward, Yin offers profound rest, release, and reflection.
Pranayama (Breathwork) – A practice of conscious breathing to regulate energy, calm the mind, and connect inward. Through simple yet powerful techniques, you’ll learn to expand your breath, release tension, and bring balance to your nervous system. Pranayama is both grounding and revitalizing- a bridge between body and spirit.
Meditation – A moment to pause, listen, and simply be. In guided and silent meditations, we explore presence, awareness, and the art of stillness. Whether you’re new or experienced, meditation offers a space to soften mental noise, reconnect to your inner wisdom, and cultivate deep peace from within.
