Sivani Dagan

Yoga and Harmonium Teacher

My Values

I’m touched when we look into each others the eyes, move how we want, and use our unique voice freely.

Hi, my name is Sivani and I am a Yoga Teacher, Space Holder, Facilitator and Mantra Musician.

I help people tap into their bodies, breaths, and minds to show up in the world with authenticity and love fully.

I use tools from yoga postures, breath techniques, powerful meditation, and heartwarming chanting to create spaces supporting self-development and transformation.

I love to play. Life is my playground. Join me in the magic of playfulness.

Yoga is an opportunity for me to heal, reflect, and be present. My practice teaches me daily to let go and helps me return home. Teaching allows me to shine in my essence.

Health is wealth, peace of mind is happiness, Yoga shows you the way.

Education

I started practicing Hatha Yoga in 2006 at the Sivananda Center in Tel Aviv. Yoga quickly became my passion and my life’s journey.

In 2009, I went to India and have been fully involved in learning about Yoga ever since. I left my home to live in the Sivananda Ashram for nearly a year, following a yogic lifestyle through the practice of Karma Yoga. In 2013-2014, I finished my first teacher training (500 RYT) in the Sivananda tradition and Yoga for Kids Teacher Training. Living in the Ashram strengthened my practice of yoga philosophy and traditions. I started teaching in the Ashram and assisting in teacher trainings.

Since then, I have continued learning and developing my teaching skills. I received training in  Hatha Yoga Therapy, Anusara, and Vinyasa Yoga from world-renowned teachers like Sean Corn, Doug Keller, Mat Giordano, and more. In 2018, I studied at the Josh Summers School of Yin Yoga to further enrich my practice and teaching with the magic of Yin Yoga.

When I was pregnant with my first child in 2020, I completed pre- and postnatal yoga and Doula education. In 2022, I took trauma-informed training, supporting my understanding of our nervous system and human experience.

My classes blend dynamic movement, breath, meditation, and Yin yoga, concluding with an open-hearted chant of mantras. My students describe my classes as challenging and relaxing, infused with humor and love.

In recent years, I focused on the path of Bhakti Yoga, taught myself to play the Harmonium, and discovered my unique voice. I teach yoga teachers and interested practitioners how to access the path of chanting and playing the Harmonium through workshops and one-on-one sessions.

Meditation Plays a huge roll in my life and I became a dedicated student of Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work. I have attended many of his online and live immersions and retreats and I am very enthusiastic to share the powerful & magical practice of connecting to the space of all possibilities.
